Olson Kundig's 15-storey headquarters for Shinsegae International — giant hand-cranked steel wheels open and close 35-foot facade panels over the lower floors.

Completed in 2015 in Gangnam, Olson Kundig's headquarters for fashion company Shinsegae International features a kinetic facade: seven custom steel wheels move tall external panels on the first four floors to modulate daylight, above a public plaza with shops and restaurants.
