MVRDV's 'Seoul Skygarden' — a 1970 overpass by Seoul Station turned into a 983-metre elevated walkway planted as a linear arboretum.

Opened in 2017, Seoullo 7017 transformed a 1970 highway overpass beside Seoul Station into a pedestrian skygarden designed by MVRDV. Hundreds of planters arranged by the Korean alphabet of plant families form a linear arboretum, with stairs and bridges linking to surrounding neighbourhoods.
