Frank Gehry's first building in Korea — curving glass sails over a Cheongdam flagship, inspired by Hwaseong Fortress and the crane dance, with interiors by Peter Marino.

Inaugurated in October 2019, Louis Vuitton Maison Seoul is Frank Gehry's first work in Korea: sweeping glass sails, referencing the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress and the white costumes of the Dongnae Hakchum crane dance, crown a stone base. Peter Marino designed the five floors of interiors, with an Espace Louis Vuitton gallery at the top.
